Processing Times

We process and pack orders within 7 business days of receiving them. During peak harvest seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. We'll notify you via email if this is the case.

Shipping Rates

We offer a few different shipping options to meet your needs and budget. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. Here's a general overview of our options:

Standard Shipping: This is our most affordable option, with a delivery timeframe of 7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Need your order faster? Choose expedited shipping for delivery within 3 business days (additional fees apply).

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over ₹1,000 (pre-tax).

Shipping Restrictions

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we currently only ship to some selected areas (including APO/FPO addresses with limitations). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email / message with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.

Delivery Information

We recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to receive the package. Perishable items left outside for extended periods may spoil.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather events, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping

Return & Exchanges

Since our products are perishable, we don't accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact +91 782-0007-123 us within 12 hours of receiving it and we'll be happy to work with you to find a solution.
